Dinner and dessert

Salmon, artichokes, and brussels sprouts!

I doused the sprouts in olive oil, sprinkled sea salt and ground pepper on them. Baked them for half an hour at 400 degrees. They came out so good!

Did the same with artichokes but added lemon and garlic.

Salmon was okay. I think I got a crappy quality of fish.

And with any dinner cooked and eaten at my household requires an audience.
Luckily my cats are well behaved and don't beg.

After dinner, we went to mitsuwa for dessert!
